Welcome from the Men's Captain
Welcome to Bletchingley Golf Club. It is my pleasure to invite you to come and experience the fun of playing golf at our lovely course.
The course is situated on the green-sand ridge, which runs parallel (just south) of the North Downs. There are great views from various points around the course, which we hope you will appreciate. There is also the opportunity to relax in the bar with a drink (and possibly a bite to eat) after your golfing experience.
We have an active Men's Section where, in addition to the monthly Club Stableford and Men's Medal competitions, there are more informal roll-ups/swindles on Saturday and Sunday mornings. During the week there is a monthly mid-week Stableford; a regular "Over 50's" group meet on Wednesdays and there is a roll-up on Friday mornings. We also play a number of Men's friendly matches and mixed matches with nearby clubs. The Men's Section also enters teams into the Surrey competitions and Daily Mail/Mail on Sunday events.
I have chosen the Lord's Taverners, (which is the UK’s leading youth and disability sports charity dedicated to giving disadvantaged and disabled young people a sporting chance) as my charity for 2017 and we will be raising money for them throughout the year. Please feel free to help us and therefore help them.
So come on....what are you waitng for? Come and play golf with us in a relaxed and fun environment.
